With countless museums, embassies, historic properties, sports complexes, theaters and art galleries, Washington is sure to offer the perfect place for your event. To find the right one for your group, Event Emissary will look at all of your needs before making recommendations. Of course, there are the basics, such as capacity, price, timing and availability. But, we look beyond the basics: Where were you last year? Do you want something similar or different? Do you need to brand your organization or a product? What time of year is the event happening? Do the guests know each other, or are they meeting for the first time? What is the maximum travel time from the hotel? Answers to these questions (and a few more) will help us narrow the field. Since no two venues are alike, Event Emissary takes the time to line-item budgets for each venue with all the options to create a successful event. Once the venue is selected we are ready to design and execute every facet of your event, leaving no detail forgotten.
