GLBT Wedding Services estimates that this will be the first day that same sex couples can apply for marriage licenses in Washington, DC. We recommend applying for your marriage license as soon as same sex marriage is legal. There is a 3 day waiting period for marriage licenses. You will be able to pick up your license on the 4th day. |
